Overview:  The Business Consultant leads and mentors the Service Delivery team in all Tier 1 (Basic) and Tier 2 (Intermediate) consulting initiatives. Sr. Operations Manager, Digital Adoption      The Digital Adoption Team (DAT) works closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify and promote customer digital adoption initiatives and digital transformation within the Wellframe platform. Reporting into the Vice President of Digital Adoption, this role will support our clinical subject matter experts executing on adoption activities and initiatives pertaining to our Digital Care Management (DCM) solution.
