Position Overview:   

HealthEdge is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager, Product Marketing Professional Services, to join its growing marketing team and work cross-functionally to support, position, and market its Professional Services. The Senior Manager, Product Marketing will be responsible for defining annual product marketing plans, leading go-to-market efforts, defining and communicating product messages and value propositions, leading go-to-market efforts, and spearheading sales enablement efforts for the company’s Professional Services. In addition, this person will lead Healthedge Channel Marketing. The ideal candidate has deep experience in the healthcare payer IT segment, services-specific experience, strong market analysis and execution skills, and is a strong cross-functional leader who enjoys driving change in a fast-paced, thriving environment.

The HealthEdge Commercial Excellence function includes Sales, Customer Success, and MarketingThese three organizations, combined as the Commercial Excellence function, are responsible for meeting the business’s annual and long-term financial objectives, ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction, and increasing HealthEdge brand awareness and market visibility.     

 

Your Impact: 

  • Develop and execute annual product marketing plans, programs, and tactics aligned with business goals. 
  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services leadership, and Demand Generation to build campaigns and content for opportunity creation and engagement throughout the sales process and all buyer stages. 
  • Conduct primary and secondary research to capture insight into market trends, market segmentation, competitive landscape, customer needs, and end-user behaviors. 
  • Contribute competitive intelligence findings and insights to regular reports and battle cards designed to inform key stakeholders. 
  • Develop a deep understanding of buyers to inform, create, and maintain target personas that cover buyer needs and the purchasing decision process. 
  • Help create and continuously refine messaging and positioning for HealthEdge’s Professional Services in the payer and adjacent markets 
  • Collaborate directly with the product management team to distill key functionality and benefits into core product messages. 
  • Leverage messaging to inform, contribute to, and develop collateral, web content, public relations pitches, blog posts, campaign content, customer case studies, Voice of the Market surveys, and other thought leadership content. 
  • Participate in new service offering launches by collaborating with professional services leadership and organizational leadership on strategy, positioning, pricing, packaging, and sales enablement; ensure launches are integrated with demand generation campaigns. 
  • Develop customer references, testimonials, and case studies for external and internal use. 
  • Leverage the collective outputs of various marketing activities to support sales and accelerate pipeline velocity by developing and maintaining multiple sales enablement materials, including battle cards, collateral and presentations, competitive battle cards, persona profiles, training sessions, and other prioritized enablement programs as identified. 
  • Lead Channel Marketing efforts. Serve as a liaison with HealthEdge channel partners and their marketing teams. 
  • Develop strategy and execute HealthEdge Leadership Forum Annual Sponsorships, co-branding materials, joint case studies, and ensure the Partners page of the HealthEdge website is up-to-date.   

 

 

What you bring: 

  • 6-7+ years of relevant work experience in fields such as professional services operations, professional services delivery, technical marketing, consulting, training, or product marketing in a healthcare technology environment, ideally for the payer market segment 
  • 3+ years in Professional Services, Product Marketing, or Channel Marketing with experience in B2B for a SaaS company, demonstrated track record in crafting positioning and marketing content 
    • Ability to navigate a high-growth, collaborative culture with a high degree of adaptability 
  • A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, technology, or a relevant field of studies such as computer science OR relevant industry experience in marketing of technical products 
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience, Marketing MBA preferred but not required 
  • Master communicator who can distill complex, technical ideas into compelling messaging and collateral  
  • Demonstrated ability in launching and growing innovative technology products 
  • Strong writing, communication, presentation development, and story-telling/delivery skills 
  • Exceptional team player with the ability to lead through influence and drive high-impact outcomes with product management, sales, finance, and operations 
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with a bias for action 
  • Proficiency in utilizing processes, Go-To-Market (GTM) templates, and project management tools to facilitate effective launches 

 

Geographic Responsibility: While this role is based out of our office in Burlington, MA, you may live anywhere in the U.S.
