Job Summary:
The Compensation Analyst will assist in the administration and execution of Total Rewards initiatives and offerings. This position will report into the Head of Compensation to support the ongoing activities needed to deliver quality total rewards programs to employees. This role will work closely with People Team to coordinate and communicate company-wide programs including compensation, equity, sales incentive plans, and stock/equity administration. This position is instrumental in completing regular controls to ensure current processes/programs are effective, competitive, and compliant.
Develops and conducts compensation data analysis for reporting on Total Rewards programs. Provides communications and guidance to customers regarding Total Rewards compensation-related programs. Supports systems and process application improvements. Responsible for assessing adherence to compensation programs through interpretation of program metrics. Assists Total Rewards project management teams on special assignments.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Working directly with the Head of Compensation on the design, development and management of detailed compensation and benefits analytics, which will be utilized to drive evidence-based decision making on all elements Total Rewards within the NA Region
- General day-to-day administration and first point of contact for compensation programs
- Provide insights on ‘current view’ of Compensation landscape (position to market, cost to organization, areas of concern, etc.), dashboard style view which can be shared consistently throughout the year
- Create deep dive comparisons of market data when compared to current internal HealthEdge data, as requested by the business, HRBPs or identified through detailed analysis
- Support ad hoc analysis requests such as changes in pay requests for promotions, transfers, or new hires ensuring all recommendations are within HealthEdge Policy
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field, or equivalent relevant education and/or experience required.
- CCP certification or progress toward CCP is desirable but not required.
Relevant Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years Human Resources, Compensation and data manipulation and analysis experience required. Must be able to conduct compensation research and analysis.
- Governance: Applies, assesses and interprets program metrics regarding adherence to standards such as policies, practices, and regulations to determine risk for non-compliance.
- Strong organizational skills, project management experience, time management skills, excellent attention to detail, ability to maintain confidential information and ability to work well in a team environment
Technical Skills:
- Ability to take initiative and be self-motivated
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent MS Excel, database, and PowerPoint software skills
- Develops reports to evaluate compensation programs, using metrics such as dashboard analytics.
- Conducts market surveys to determine compensation trends; applies job evaluation techniques to determine internal job value. Engages in equity studies.
Language / Communication Skills:
- Excellent communication skills - correspondence to internal and external customers
- Ability to communicate effectively with individuals possessing varying degrees of technical and functional knowledge
- Proven teamwork – with ability to work with team members across all corporate functions

Overview:

This is an hourly position reporting to our VP of Talent Acquisition. This position is for is part of our summer internship program and will be 12 weeks long. This is a paid position and can be remote. The opportunity for this role will be to evenly divide time in the internship learning about the functions within a People organization, specifically Talent Acquisition/Recruiting as well as Learning & Development. Our team focuses on the Employee Experience and journey our ability to treat that process from application to the first day and beyond with clear communication, respect and enthusiasm is a big part of this role.
What you will do:
Talent Acquisition
- Assist our TA Coordinator with interview de-brief sessions after in-person/Zoom interviews by collecting notes to be shared with the recruiters and hiring managers.
- Conduct reference checks on finalist candidates and prepare notes to share with hiring managers.
- Post jobs on LinkedIn and other job sites.
- Add data on open positions and candidates in our ATS (iCIMS)
- Help facilitate new hire arrivals with ordering new hire gifts, sending out agendas for orientation and coordinating with IT to ship laptops as needed.
- Participate in job fairs as needed.
- Help with a variety of ad-hoc administrative duties and projects for both the HR and Talent teams
- Help coordinate the Summer Internship Program events
Learning & Development
- Support New Hire Orientation, which is a day long introduction to HealthEdge
- Helping connecting new hire and managers to create a great onboarding and employee experience
- Support learning programs such as Emerging Leaders and Developing Talent

What you will do:
- You will work hands on to build our next generation CI/CD platform
- Manage, evolve, build CI/CD pipeline

What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree BE/B Tech or Equivalent experience
- 4 – 6+ years of DevOps implementation experience.
- Experience in implementing CI/CD automation and code deployment across environments.
- Good understanding on AWS/Azure administration including EC2, ECS, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM.
- Strong in Linux skills (e.g. RedHat/CentOS).
- Managing of Web Servers (Apache/Nginx/HA Proxy/Tomcat), Java applications.
- Ability to evaluate system and application logs, error messages, stack traces to quickly identify and solve production problems.
- Azure/AWS certification is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to interact with Agile team members
- Ability to communicate effectively with thoughtfulness and maturity
- Expert and knowledgeable on IaaS, PaaS, SaaS models with modern terminology and relevance
- Experience with Terraform, Python, NodeJS, Java
- Working Experience on Azure / AWS / Docker / Kubernetes / Ansible / VMware
- Experience in building and managing a CI/CD environment (Jenkins, Code Pipeline, Atlassian toolset)
