About the Role
We're looking for a Program Manager who brings structure, clarity, and momentum to cross-functional technical programs. You'll partner with engineering, product, and business teams to keep programs organized and moving, while driving execution, coordination, and on-time delivery.This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable in the details, keeps multiple workstreams OnTrack, and builds trust and alignment across teams.
Your Impact - Program Delivery & Execution (45%)
• Manage cross-functional programs from planning and initiation through execution and closure.
• Coordinate one or more concurrent programs, maintaining scope, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Maintain program plans, roadmaps, and success metrics aligned to team and business goals.
• Track risks and dependencies, escalate issues early, and help keep at-risk work on course.
Stakeholder & Communication (30%)
• Serve as a key point of contact for program status, keeping stakeholders informed on progress,risks, and decisions.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships across Engineering, Product, QA, DevOps, and Operations.
• Drive accountability and alignment across teams without relying on direct authority.
• Support governance structures, escalation paths, and communication rhythms.
Process, Governance & Tooling (20%)
• Apply and help improve program management practices, planning templates, and reporting standards.
• Support program governance: milestone planning, dependency mapping, critical path tracking, and risk management.
• Use metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to monitor program health and surface insights for decisions.
Collaboration & Growth (5%)
• Share knowledge and delivery practices with peers and project leads.
• Help identify gaps in process maturity and contribute to improving delivery across teams.
What You Bring
• 5+ years of program management experience, including coordinating cross-functional technical programs.
• Track record of delivering programs with meaningful visibility and business impact.
• Background in SaaS product delivery, enterprise platforms, or healthcare technology is a strong plus.
• Able to engage in technical discussions and understand how engineering decisions affect delivery timelines.
• Experience partnering with tech leads on release readiness, sequencing, and mitigation strategies.
• Comfortable managing competing priorities and navigating ambiguity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
• Working knowledge of program governance, dependency mapping, critical path analysis, and risk mitigation.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, and Waterfall and the judgment to apply the right approach.
• Proficient in Jira and Confluence, with working knowledge of planning tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or Excel.
• Familiarity with release management and CI/CD delivery models in technical environments.
• Comfortable building and maintaining reporting dashboards.
• PMP or SAFe certification is a plus. Equivalent real-world experience is equally valued
