Position Overview:

 

We are seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our Bengaluru-based team, focusing on developing and maintaining code for GuidingCare while supporting integration features with Wellframe. This role offers an excellent opportunity for engineers with 2-4 years of experience to work on innovative healthcare solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You'll contribute to building a cutting-edge Digital Health Management platform that meaningfully impacts patient care and health outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Development & Implementation: Design, develop, and maintain software solutions for Care-Wellframe integration using modern technologies and frameworks. Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot) and agentic AI workflows to accelerate development and improve code quality.
  • Code Quality: Write clean, optimized, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
  • Feature Development: Build application features, user interfaces, and databases that support seamless integration between GuidingCare and Wellframe.
  • Testing & Debugging: Develop and execute unit test cases, debug existing code, and ensure products function correctly in controlled environments before deployment.
  • Data Management: Work with large volumes of data, ensuring proper modeling, analysis, and management.
  • Collaboration: Partner with multidisciplinary teams including product managers, designers, and senior engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Learning & Growth: Actively seek opportunities to learn new technologies and methodologies while contributing to innovative solutions.
  • Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges within software systems, ensuring robustness and customer satisfaction.
  • On-call Support: Participate in on-call rotations to support the systems owned by your team.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of hands-on software development experience.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

Technical Skills:

  • Experience with Microsoft platform (ASP.NET, MVC, C#) is advantageous
  • Hands-on experience with React or other modern front-end frameworks (, Vue.js)
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs, Web Services, JSON, and XML
  • Experience with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and writing SQL queries
  • Understanding of MVC architecture and software design principles
  • Familiarity with version control systems (GIT)
  • Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Experience using AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, etc.) and agentic AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) for development tasks
