Overview

Overview: 

The Contracts Analyst is a support role within Sales that analyzes contracts by pulling together key information from these documents into a variety of consumable formats. The utilization of technologies, e.g. AI (Claude), Clause Manager (within Summize), creating CSV files, and manipulating the data into various repositories will be crucial.  The role also works on contract template updates, proposal updates, reviewing data on contract requests, learning  of HealthProof products and servicesand learning aspects of contract development and negotiationand other duties as assigned.  This person thinks with a global/organizational mindset and ensures we deliver solutions that will work in the growing and fast-paced needs of a recently merged organization This position has regular interaction with sales representatives, Marketing, Customer Service, RFP/Proposal, Finance, Technology, teams and other subject matter experts throughout the organization. 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Work with HealthEdge and HealthProof contracts to pull out key information into various stating formats to upload into SalesForce or analytical databases to support correct reporting of company information. 
  • Assist with the developing and updating of Statement of Work templates for both Healthproof and HealthEdge and helping to test and upload into Summize. 
  • Inventory HealthProof’s historical contract library by reviewing past agreements either manually, or with the use of Clause Manager , to organize key details for easy reference    
  • Help establish and maintain processes and templates for SaaS and BPaaS Deal Reviewsassist with organizing meetings and documenting results.  
  • Assist in the development and maintain a repository of templates, standard language, product collateral and other resources, in coordination with marketing and product management teams. 
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, Pricing, Sales Operations, and other internal contributors and subject matter experts across HealthEdge’s software and service areas to ensure document content is complete and accurate Take directions to update content and templates. 
  • Support impromptu sales initiatives and projects to assemble company information from contract and reporting databases.  
  • Capture customer requirements and facilitate development/packaging of data/information.  
  • Demonstrates a basic understanding of all HealthEdge’s, contracts, products and services. 
  • Assign and track action items for subject matter experts.  
  • Answers ad hoc requests for information in support of sales efforts 
  • Identify opportunities for improvement with implementation of AI strategies with responses and updates to the database.

  • Demonstrates ability to work efficiently under conditions of multiple deadlines and changing priorities to produce a detailed volume of high-quality material. 
  • Routinely privy to sensitive material, including establishing and maintaining confidential files.  Coordinate departmental projects from implementation through completion. 
  • Works with best practices that support a positive work environment. 
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; attention to detail a must. 
  • Must be a highly motivated, have lots of energy, and be able to learn and work independently.  

Qualifications: 

  • Four-year college degree from an accredited institution. 
  • 0-2+ years’ experience  
  • In the healthcare salessoftware and services space, specifically in the areas of core administration, pricing & editing and care management. 
  • Using technology and other tools to develop solutions from a set of criteria.  
  • Ability to work independently and remotely. 
  • Good team player and effectively work across teams 
  • Must be able to work extended hours and daysas neededto meet deadlines. 
  • Demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines with minimum supervision. 
  • Good time management and organizational skills. 
  • Good team player and ability to work cross functionally within all levels of the organization. 
  • Typing skills and knowledgeable in the use of desktop tools, e.g. Outlook, Word, ExcelMS Teams. 
  • Good understanding of AI/Claude, DB query tools, and other technical office applications (e.g. CSV files) 

 

Geographic Responsibility: While HealthEdge headquarters are in Boston MA, you may live anywhere in the U.S. 

Type of Employment: Full-time, permanent 

Travel%: Variable; ~5%

**The annual US base salary range for this position is $49,000 to $53,000. This salary range may cover multiple career levels at HealthEdge. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process and is based on a combination of factors including, but not limited to, your skills, experience, qualifications and education.
