In this role, you will lead the planning and delivery of enterprise software implementations for health plan clients across HealthEdge's full product portfolio, including HealthRules Payer, GuidingCare and Source. You will own outcomes across the full implementation lifecycle, from discovery and kickoff through go-live and post-launch optimization, guiding cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to success. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership, technical fluency, and stakeholder savvy with a passion for improving healthcare through modern, data-driven technology.

  • Escalate and resolve impediments quickly to minimize disruption to timelines and deliverables.
  • Regularly inspect project health and adjust plans as needed to maintain momentum and outcomes.

Resource and Budget Management

  • Own project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring financial objectives and margin targets are met.
  • Partner with resource managers to secure, allocate, and optimize project staffing in line with priorities and timelines.
  • Monitor utilization across multiple workstreams to ensure efficiency and sustainability.

Quality Assurance and Delivery Excellence

  • Collaborate with QA and technical teams to establish test strategies, resolve defects, and validate deliverables.
  • Confirm that documentation, approvals, and acceptance criteria are complete for successful go-live and closure.

Reporting, Metrics, and Governance

  • Track and report key project metrics, including schedule, budget, scope, risks, and benefits realization.
  • Provide clear, data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership based on project performance.
  • Maintain project artifacts and ensure adherence to company governance, methodologies, and best practices.
