POSITION SUMMARY

The Project Manager is a key contributor on the Business Optimization team, a high-impact function within Customer Delivery Operations responsible for driving process optimization, organizational support, and portfolio and program execution across HealthEdge’s customer-facing delivery organization.
In this role, you will lead the planning and delivery of enterprise software implementations for health plan clients across our full product portfolio: HealthRules Payer, GuidingCare, Wellframe, and Source. You will work closely with cross-functional delivery teams and client stakeholders, owning project outcomes across the full implementation lifecycle — from kickoff and planning through go-live and beyond — while bringing the technical fluency, stakeholder acumen, and delivery discipline that define a high-caliber healthcare IT project manager.

**The annual US base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $95,000. This salary range may cover multiple career levels at HealthEdge. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process and is based on a combination of factors including, but not limited to, your skills, experience, qualifications and education.
