Position Overview

We're seeking a Benefits Analyst to join our Human Resources Center of Excellence (COE). This role supports the design, administration, and delivery of benefits programs in India and Philippines while collaborating with global partners. You will manage employee inquiries, maintain data accuracy, coordinate with vendors, and provide analytical insights that improve program effectiveness and the employee experience.

Centers of Excellence (COEs) are teams whose primary goal is to provide expertise in a specific field. At HealthEdge, our COEs—including Human Resources, IT, Legal, and Finance—provide guidance, structure, and subject‑matter guidance to support our product divisions and drive enterprise objectives.
Your Impact
- Administer employee benefits programs encompassing health insurance, wellness initiatives, retirement and statutory benefits (PF, ESIC, gratuity), life and accident coverage, and statutory and company leave programs.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for benefit inquiries and ensure timely, accurate, and empathetic employee support and support escalations to relevant resources as needed to ensure resolution and positive experience.
- Partner with brokers, insurers, TPAs, and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure service quality.
- Support new hire and annual enrollment activities to ensure employee access to coverage, resources, and timely communications.
- Maintain accurate benefits data and prepare reports on utilization, costs, and trends.
- Ensure compliance with India’s statutory requirements and support audits and regulatory reporting, and other countries as assigned.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and employee experience.
- Partner with People Business Partners, HR Operations, Payroll, Finance, and Total Rewards to ensure seamless cross functional‑ workflows.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (HR, Business, Commerce, or related field preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience in employee benefits, HR operations, shared services, or HR analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with HRIS or benefits systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

- Experience supporting benefits in a global or multinational environment.
- Familiarity with India labor laws and statutory benefits.
- Advanced Excel skills or experience with data visualization tools.
