Internship Program: HealthEdge offers a structured paid 12-week virtual internship program that will allow you to help drive meaningful and strategic project work that delivers real impact to our teams, customers, and business, while having fun along the way! You will support the Technical Services & Support team and will also get exposure to various departments and strategic initiatives through our Discover HealthEdge weekly series. Interns will also participate in our three-day Innovation Challenge and a final internship project presentation to showcase the impact you’ve made. Additionally, we provide workshops focused on resume writing, LinkedIn profiles, interview preparation, and more!
Your Impact
- Support AI‑enabled solutions that improve ticket efficiency, such as creating prompts, testing outputs, and identifying opportunities to automate common support questions.
- Assist with building or refining simple automation tools and workflows that help troubleshoot product issues more quickly.
- Contribute to ticket burndown efforts by reviewing, organizing, and resolving lower‑complexity support tickets for escalated clients.
What You Bring
- Currently pursuing a degree in a technical field
- Experienced with SQL / Linux
- Resourceful and able to seek out and find additional support or tools with general guidance
- Independent
- Driven to meet goals and timelines with incremental check-ins
- Obsessed with details and documentation
- A strong verbal and written communicator
