Overview

Position Overview

The Technical Services Engineer provides advanced technical support for the GuidingCare® platform, ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients. GuidingCare® is a complete care management platform for patient-centered care, offering health plans and provider organizations easy-to-use, next-generation data integration and workflow management tools.This role involves troubleshooting, issue resolution, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve system performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Translate customer requirements into technical solutions and architecture.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and database teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Provide Tier II/III support for complex enterprise systems.
  • Lead technical aspects of projects, including troubleshooting and risk management.
  • Improve support processes, tools, and infrastructure for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement strategies for recurring issues.
  • Mentor team members and document technical processes.
  • Coordinate with global teams to resolve priority issues.

Qualifications

  • Education: BS in Computer Science, IT, Engineering (Master’s preferred).
  • Experience: 5+ years in technical services or related roles.
  • Technical Skills: ASP.Net, MVC, C#.Net, HTML, JQuery, Web Services, Web APIs, SQL Server (2008/2012).
  • Proven ability to deliver under deadlines and achieve high customer satisfaction.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage change and work in fast-paced environments.
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations preferred.

**The annual US base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $110,000. This salary range may cover multiple career levels at HealthEdge. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process and is based on a combination of factors including, but not limited to, your skills, experience, qualifications and education.
