Designation: Engineering Manager
Location: Hyderabad
We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager to lead and scale a talented team building next-generation healthcare technology solutions that improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, a passion for engineering excellence, and a proven ability to deliver high-impact projects through data-driven leadership and strong stakeholder collaboration.
• Establish and enforce best practices across architecture, development, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure high availability, security, and performance of healthcare systems.
• Build a strong engineering culture emphasizing code quality, maintainability, and innovation.
• Promote AI-assisted development and modern engineering practices.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare data regulations (HIPAA, GDPR).
• Define and track engineering KPIs—code quality, velocity, uptime, defect rates.
• Use metrics, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency and delivery predictability.
• Drive data-backed decision-making across engineering teams.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team.
• Build a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Set clear goals and provide regular feedback for career and technical growth.
• Guide teams in adopting AI-powered development tools.
• Partner with product managers, clinicians, and business leaders to align priorities.
• Translate product requirements into scalable, compliant technical solutions.

• Oversee full project lifecycle—from planning to deployment.
• Ensure timely, high-quality releases supported by automation and robust testing.
• Improve CI/CD, release management, and operational reliability.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 12+ years of software development experience with 5+ years in people management.
• Strong background in building scalable, complex software systems (healthcare domain preferred).
• Expertise in C# and .NET.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot).
• Strong understanding of AI-based code generation, review, and testing practices.
• Proven experience integrating AI tools for productivity and quality enhancement.
• Solid CI/CD experience (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
• Strong automation testing skills and adherence to TDD.
• Experience with UI frameworks such as React.
• Proficiency with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Familiarity with Azure/AWS and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies and engineering management best practices.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
