Overview

Position Overview:   

We are looking for a Manager, Project Management to lead a global team of project managers and ensure the successful delivery of low- to mid-complexity projects. This role combines hands-on project oversight with people leadership, driving operational excellence, standardization, and continuous improvement across distributed teams. 

 

About Global Professional Services:  

Our Global Professional Services team supports customer-funded service delivery initiatives separate from standard SaaS license support activities. Examples include customer implementations, business expansion, and optimization initiatives. 
 

Your Impact: 

  • Lead planning and delivery of multiple projects on time, within scope, and on budget. 
  • Facilitate project meetings, maintain project documentation, and provide regular status reporting  
  • Monitor project health, identify risks early, and implement mitigation strategies  
  • Develop and maintain standardized templates, processes, and playbooks for routine project delivery across global teams 
  • Manage, coach, and develop onshore and offshore project managers, fostering collaboration and growth. 
  • Allocate resources and balance workloads across global teams to maximize productivity. 
  • Drive adoption of PMO standards, tools, and processes to ensure consistent delivery quality. 
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability. 
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships through clear communication, risk management, and transparent reporting. 

 

What You Bring: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree a plus. 
  • 5+ years of project management experience with proven delivery success. 
  • 2+ years of people management experience, ideally with global or distributed teams. 
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, etc.). 
  • PMP, Prince2, or equivalent certification preferred. 
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills across time zones and cultures. 
  • Ability to adapt quickly and lead teams through change in a fast-paced environment.
