About Center of Excellence:

Centers of Excellence (COE) are teams whose primary goal is to provide expertise in a specific field. COEs will usually provide support through training, research, and skilled leaders. In the case of HealthEdge, our Centers of Excellence incorporate the Human Resources, IT, Legal and Financial fields, all of which provide support to our Product divisions and allows the enterprise to move forward and achieve its goals.

 

Your Impact:

  • Prepare the company's monthly expense forecasts for HealthEdge’s Selling, Marketing and General and Administrative P&Ls (Including Corporate Marketing, Sales, IT / Information Security, Human Capital, etc.)
  • Build models, analyze data, create reports, generate insights, make specific and actionable recommendations, and influence business decisions.
  • Review financial close entries and statements to ensure accuracy and completeness and compliance with company standards. 
  • Analyze and provide insightful commentary on variances to enhance understanding and drive improvements.
  • Collaborate with the FP&A team with on time, accurate, and thoughtful monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting that allows HealthEdge senior leadership and Board members high visibility, transparency, and cohesiveness of financial results and forecasts.
  • Assist in the development of monthly Board presentations that clearly communicate key financial insights and strategies.
  • Take ownership of special projects as assigned, ensuring they are completed accurately and on time.

What You Bring:

  • 3-5 years of financial analysis experience; FP&A, consulting, experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics or similar subject area
  • Strong understanding of P&L.
  • Excellent analytical / quantitative skills
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Take the initiative to act and think independently; conceive solutions to problems.
  • Strong detail orientation with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple engagements and manage rapidly changing assignments in a team environment.
  • Working knowledge of Hyperion Financial Management (Cloud EPM), Power BI (a plus).
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and data modeling skills, including ability to summarize detailed data from multiple sources.
