Overview

Position Overview:  

As the Product Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving scalable processes, efficiency improvements, and strategic alignment within the Product team. This role will focus on enhancing product operations through structured processes, tools, and quantitative rigor. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, data, design, and business teams to support prioritization, measurement, and communication, helping the product team deliver impactful outcomes aligned with company goals. This is an individual contributor role, emphasizing strategic influence and execution without direct people management.

Your Impact:  
Drive Scale & Efficiency through Processes & Tooling (40%) 

  • Standardize and improve processes, approaches, and templates used both internally by product team and in collaboration with stakeholders 
  • Prioritize efforts across both breadth of product lifecycle and depth / detail of processes / tools considering impact on team and effort / degree of change 
  • Evaluate and recommend tools and frameworks that help the product team improve effectiveness and support their rollout  
  • Make recommendations to leadership on how to improve product team autonomy, accountability, and alignment to company goals 

Quantitative Rigor in Prioritization & Measurement (40%) 

  • Support product team in driving consistent prioritization considering diverse stakeholder and customer needs 
  • Bring data-driven approach to prioritization and measurement by incorporating quantitative goal-setting, testable hypothesis, and measurement frameworks to product processes 
  • Support product team in identifying KPIs and measures and work with product managers and data science & analytics team to incorporate measurements into product and ensure measures are communicated across the organization 
  • Work with data science / analytics, product design, and product managers to bring test-and-learn into solution (e.g., concept testing, A/B testing, etc.) 
  • Support quarterly planning efforts and ongoing roadmap refinement 

Improved Communications, Stakeholder Governance and Commercialization (20%) 

  • Support efforts to establish the appropriate governance & communications structures for key stakeholder groups (e.g., CSO, legal & security, sales, etc.) 
  • Partner with GTM org and executive leadership to implement commercialization process and standards 
  • Help ensure consistent communication of product roadmaps, capabilities, and key performance measures across organization 

 

What You Bring:  

  • B.S. or B.A. degree required 
  • 2-4+ years working in a Product Operations role or otherwise engaging in ongoing efforts to improve processes and collaboration 
  • 3+ years of agile / scrum experience at different organizations 
  • Strong knowledge of Healthcare IT or payment integrity subject matter 
  • Strong knowledge of product & program management processes and best practices 
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, ADO, and Confluence 
  • Can both adapt to and improve upon maturing process in an evolving growth-stage company  
  • Ability to develop and own a point-of-view while still maintaining curiosity, humility, and openness to new perspectives 
  • Ability to work effectively and drive collaboration across multiple levels of the organization and influence without authority 
  • Ability to form trusting relationships across the product development organization and key stakeholder groups  
  • High-level of initiative with strong organizational skills and ability to progress against multiple workstreams with minimal direction / oversight 
  • Takes accountability for next steps, project plans, and commitments 
  • Brings analytical thinking and an organized / detail-oriented approach to execution 
  • Flexible and adaptive in ambiguous environments 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to clearly and persuasively communicate with product managers, designers, engineers, and other key stakeholders
