Position Overview 

The AI Platform at HealthEdge is a new initiative to build AI-driven solutions across our product suites, empowering healthcare solutions with intelligent and transformative capabilities. As part of our team, you will work at the forefront of innovation, building a platform that enables teams to develop AI-powered features with speed, scalability, and reliability. We are looking for ambitious engineers who are eager to shape the future of AI at HealthEdge. 

Key Responsibilities 

Design and Development: Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable and efficient software solutions for the AI platform. 

AI Integration: Implement and integrate advanced AI algorithms and models to improve healthcare outcomes and operational efficiencies. 

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, business leaders, and other developers to define and implement platform features. 

Code Quality: Ensure the highest quality of code through code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration practices. 

Performance Optimization: Optimize and tune the performance of the platform to handle large-scale data and complex computations. 

Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. 

Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for the platform and its components. 

Qualifications 

Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. 

Experience: 5-7 years of experience in software development, with expertise in microservice-based architectures 

Technical Skills: Proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, or C#.  

Familiarity with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI) and vector databases. 

Knowledge of RAG workflows, caching strategies, or cloud-native platforms (Azure, AWS). 

Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively. 

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 

Team Player: Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
