Overview

Position Overview: 

The Intelligence Platform Leader will be a key senior-level role within the technology function, responsible for driving the company’s strategic initiatives around BI, reporting, advanced analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), and data intelligence. This leader will oversee the development and deployment of an intelligence platform designed to optimize data-driven decision-making and support business innovation within the healthcare SaaS space. The Intelligence Platform Leader will play a crucial role in shaping the company’s future by enabling predictive analytics and AI-powered solutions at scale, directly influencing business outcomes. 

 

Your Impact: 

  • Strategic Leadership: 
  • Develop and lead the company’s overarching vision for the intelligence platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term growth in healthcare SaaS. 
  • Act as a thought leader in AI, machine learning (ML), and data-driven technologies, setting strategic direction for platform capabilities. 
  • Collaborate closely with senior executives to identify key opportunities for AI-driven innovations and solutions within the organization. 
  • Platform Development & Innovation: 
  • Spearhead the design, development, and scaling of a robust, enterprise-level intelligence platform that supports both internal and customer-facing analytics capabilities. 
  • Lead initiatives to integrate advanced AI/ML models for predictive analytics, machine learning, and real-time data insights tailored to healthcare operations. 
  • Champion the use of cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to ensure the platform’s scalability, performance, and adaptability. 
  • Operational Management & Excellence: 
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of platform operations, including design, development, deployment, and continuous improvement, ensuring seamless operations and high availability. 
  • Manage a team of senior engineers, data scientists, and technical experts to build and enhance platform functionality 
  • Implement best practices for AI/ML governance, ensuring compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA, HITECH, and other healthcare-related standards. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: 
  • Work closely with product, engineering, data science, and business leaders to ensure the intelligence platform aligns with product offerings and enhances customer experience. 
  • Act as a senior advisor to the executive team on AI/ML technologies and data-driven strategies that can enhance operational efficiency and support new product innovations. 
  • Establish a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization, promoting the adoption of intelligence tools and fostering collaboration between technical and non-technical teams. 
  • Industry Leadership & Advocacy: 
  • Maintain a deep understanding of emerging trends in AI, data analytics, and healthcare technologies, keeping the company’s platform at the forefront of innovation. 
  • Represent the company as an industry leader at external forums, conferences, and events, advocating for AI/ML advancements within the healthcare sector. 

What You Bring: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or Ph.D. in AI, Data Science, or relevant domain preferred. 
  • 10+ years of experience leading large-scale technology platforms, AI/ML initiatives, or data science functions, with a focus on SaaS and/or healthcare. 
  • Extensive experience building, scaling, and managing AI/ML-driven intelligence platforms in complex, regulated environments. 
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare data systems, regulations, and compliance (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH). 
  • Proven ability to lead senior technical teams and collaborate effectively with executive leadership. 
  • Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills, with a track record of delivering impactful business results.
