Customer Data Analyst 

 

 

The Data & Analytics team at Wellframe brings new and existing cutting-edge machine learning technologies to solve problems at the intersection of healthcare and technologyOur mission is to gain 360-degree insights into patients’ lives and use these insights to build a better digital healthcare product that is tailored for specific patient populations. 

 

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our Data & Analytics team partnering closely with our Customer Success and Product Organizations to identify and deliver customer insights. Reporting into the Director, Data & Analytics, this individual will be responsible for querying, analyzing, visualizing, and presenting customer data to provide insights to customers in pursuit of supporting their strategic goals. 

 

Your impact:  

Data Analysis and Insights 

  • Utilize SQL and git to build new analyses and support existing ones examining trends and patterns to ultimately increase understanding of customer behavior, product usage, and satisfaction and maximize customer growth potential  
  • Communicate findings to various company stakeholders (customer success, product) in a cohesive story, including summarizing insights from analyses, identifying next steps and providing recommendations 
  •  Responsible for the design, development, maintenance, accuracy, and timely delivery of reports and analyses to meet company and customer needs 

Customer Experience Optimization 

  • Help drive change in usage of data through actively surfacing and conveying customer specific insights to account facing teams and customers 
  • Partner with account facing teams and customers to translate customer business needs into data deliverables in for the form of analyses, standard reports, data extracts 
  • Consistently provide strong data-driven business and technical judgement to support customer business needs 
  • Create training materials and tip sheets to help customers best utilize reporting and data products  

Internal Data Support & Tracking 

  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and initiatives such as: expanding data warehouse with clean data ready for analysis, incorporating new metrics into our BI tool 
  • Train other functional team members on the reporting tool(s) and best practices from a data analytics perspective 

 

 

 

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • 1-3  years of experience working with big data for healthcare 
  • Expertise with Looker or other Business Intelligence/Visualization Tools such as Tableau, Power BI, etc. 
  • Expertise with SQL and Excel  
  • Understanding of how relational databases work, and experience with designing transformations, mappings, and working with reference tables 
  • Experience investigating data issues, and working with cross functional teams for problem resolution 
  • High proficiency with PowerPoint, G Suite, and Microsoft Office tools
