Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr Manager, Product Design to lead our product design team at HealthEdge. We empower our product teams to solve hard problems—customer problems and business problems—in ways that our customers love and that work for our business. Our product teams are cross-functional and durable, generally comprised of a product manager, a product designer, several engineers, and QE. We have divided our product teams into Value Streams (i.e., Claims, Billing & Financials, Enrollment, BlueCard, Integration, and Platform). Each Value Stream is mapped to a distinct stakeholder group in payers' organizations with the charter to deliver exceptional value for their stakeholders.
As a Sr Manager, Product Design, you will build and lead a dynamic design team that supports all Value Streams, playing a pivotal role in driving healthcare innovation and delivering products that profoundly impact our customers' lives and the millions of members they serve. You will be responsible for mentoring and developing a team of talented product designers to ensure successful product delivery and foster continuous improvement.
In this role, you will craft a compelling design vision and define detailed product requirements, leveraging user-centered design principles and methodologies. You will conduct in-depth user research and market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and ensure our design strategies are aligned with market demands. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and other cross-functional teams to integrate seamless and intuitive design solutions into our products. Additionally, you will advocate for the HealthRules Payer line of products, ensuring that our design solutions not only meet but exceed user expectations, providing an exceptional user experience and fostering customer satisfaction.
The Product:
