Configuration Analyst
BASIC SUMMARY:
The Configuration Analyst will play a pivotal role in configuring and maintaining our products to meet client requirements, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. This role requires an analytical and detail-oriented mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Configure and customize our platform to meet specific client needs, including setting up rules, workflows, and data structures
- Work closely with cross functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, provide configuration recommendations, and ensure successful implementation.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of configured systems to ensure accuracy, functionality, and compliance with industry standards.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures to support ongoing system maintenance and client support.
- Investigate and resolve configuration-related issues, providing timely and effective solutions to maintain system performance and client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development and enhancement of configuration best practices and tools.
- Collaborate with product management, development, and support teams to ensure alignment and effective delivery of configuration solutions.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-5 years of experience in a configuration analyst role, preferably within the healthcare or SaaS industry.
- Proficiency in configuring SaaS platforms, with a strong understanding of healthcare claims processing, reimbursement, and payment integrity.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- High attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
