Position Overview:   

We are seeking to hire an IT Project Manager to join our team and lead the successful delivery of our IT projects. As an IT Project Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in leading small, medium, and large-scale initiatives, coordinating project activities, ensuring the successful completion of various projects. Your role will involve defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables, as well as managing resources, timelines, and risks. Additionally, you will be responsible for communicating project progress, issues, and resolutions to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. 

 

About Center of Excellence: 

Centers of Excellence (COE) are teams whose primary goal is to provide expertise in a specific field. COEs will usually provide support through training, research, and skilled leaders. In the case of HealthEdge, our Centers of Excellence incorporate the Human Resources, IT, Legal and Financial fields, all of which provide support to our Product divisions and allows the enterprise to move forward and achieve its goals. 

 

Your impact: 

  • Develop project plans, including scope, timeline, and budget, and ensure adherence to them throughout the project lifecycle. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, resource requirements, and deliverables. 
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment of expectations. 
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and proactively address issues that may arise. 
  • Facilitate project meetings, ensuring that actions are documented and followed-up on. 
  • Communicate status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including senior leadership, and other relevant parties. 
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project management processes and practices. 
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.  

 

What you will do: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology , or related field. 
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification 
  • 5 or more years’ experience with Lean Agile Frameworks and SAFe Agile  
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. 
  • Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, leading and successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Working knowledge of software such as Jira, Smartsheet, and MS Office Tools 
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. 
  • Ability to independently problem solve and reach resolutions to issues and the ability to remain calm under pressure. 

 

 

Geographic Responsibility: While this role is based out of our office in Burlington, MA, you may live anywhere in the U.S.

  • May require travel dependent on company needs.
