JOB TITLE: Senior Product Manager: Cloud Provider Data Management 

JOB LOCATION: Company Headquarters in Burlington, Massachusetts 01803. REMOTE EMPLOYMENT AVAILABLE FOR THIS POSITION. CAN TELECOMMUTE FROM ANY LOCATION IN THE UNITED STATES.  

REQUIRED TRAVEL: 10% - 15% domestic travel required.  

REQUIRED HOURS: Full-time. 

REQUIRED DUTIES: 

• Contribute to the development of a next-gen, cloud-based SaaS offering for the Provider Data Management market.  
• Work directly with health plans, agile engineering teams, and other internal functions to define and manage vision, business requirements, and use cases for the SaaS solution to ensure a successful product launch. 
• Develop a deep understanding of market needs and use cases, and represent the needs of the market when defining, designing, and building product features. 
• Evangelize market needs both internally and externally to obtain buy-in and drive industry adoption. 
• Work directly with customers on business needs, requirements, and quantified business cases 
• Assist in defining the product roadmap by prioritizing requests from both external and internal stakeholders, with key focus on identifying opportunities for product differentiation and competitive advantage. 
• Lead and define high-level business requirements, non-functional requirements, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for select product areas. 
• For broader initiatives within the organization, prioritize and coordinate delivery of multiple product features across multiple engineering teams.   
• Lead grooming sessions with assigned engineering scrum teams. 
• Lead the commercialization of key aspects of the solution working with Product Marketing and related functions. 
• Demonstrate completed product features to both internal and external key stakeholders. 

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: 

Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field (foreign equivalent is acceptable) plus 7 years of employment experience.  

Employment experience must include: 

• A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated employment experience managing cloud-based solutions. 
• A minimum of 7 years of demonstrated employment experience and skills in data management technologies, databases, and data analytics. 
• A minimum of 7 years of demonstrated employment experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools, including all related processes such as story mapping, requirements writing, prioritized backlogs, product ownership within a scrum team. 
• A minimum of 7 years of demonstrated employment experience working with enterprise customers and managing complex customer relationships. 
• A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated employment experience in healthcare.
