Position Overview: 
 

We're on the hunt for a Demand Generation Specialist to join our growing team. This role will focus on developing and executing comprehensive demand generation campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. As part of your responsibilities, you'll be in charge of improving conversion rates and increasing engagement with our target market. This means you'll have to think creatively and strategically, always keeping our customers at the heart of what you do. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare industry trends, as well as experience in B2B marketing and lead generation. 

 

Your Impact: 

  • Develop and implement demand generation strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create targeted campaigns that resonate with our target audience 
  • Utilize various channels such as email marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, events, and content marketing to reach potential customers 
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize ROI 
  • Manage the lead nurturing process by developing email workflows and tracking lead progression through the sales funnel 
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth 
  • Work closely with sales and customer success teams to ensure alignment on goals and strategies 
  • Continuously test and improve campaign tactics to drive greater results 

 

What you bring: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field preferred  
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B marketing or demand generation  
  • Experience in the healthcare industry highly preferred  
  • Proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns  
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions  
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams  
  • Proficient in using marketing automation tools such as Marketo, HubSpot, or Eloqua  
  • Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)  
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment 

 

Bonus points: 

  • Experience in designing or building captivating emails 
  • Experience with any additional marketing technology platforms 
  • Experience with Generative AI and/or Large Language Models
