REPORTS TO: Technical Lead


  • Apply knowledge of all phases of software development lifecycle
  • Develop solutions for pre-production and post-production complex application issues
  • Collaborate with engineering and product management to continuously improve the quality of our application product and contribute holistically to the system implementation and application development lifecyle
  • Work cross-functionally with a global support team to ensure the highest level of software development support
  • Continuously improve application support tools, infrastructure, and processes, with an emphasis on proactive planning
  • Confer with users to gather information, analyze technical assistance requests, and use deep application development skills and experience to troubleshoot and resolve application issues, including Tier II/III support and problem resolution
  • Assist other developers with any technical and procedural challenges
  • Effectively communicate and interact with both functional and technical personnel in solving complex business and technical problems
  • Design and implement improved technical support processes and operations
  • Responsible for the Trending and Root Cause Analysis on reports and statistical data from Customer Support Services, which is used to identify and develop strategies for addressing chronic technology support issues




Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field (foreign equivalent is acceptable) plus 5 years of progressive employment experience in information technology or a Master of Science in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field (foreign equivalent is acceptable) plus 2 years of progressive employment experience in information technology.


Employment experience must include:

  1. Demonstrated employment experience gathering requirements to understand business needs.
  2. Demonstrated employment experience working with healthcare data.
  3. Demonstrated employment experience working with an SQLBI stack.
  4. Demonstrated employment experience working with design, development, testing, documentation, and production support.
