Reporting to the GM, you will bring your thought leadership to execute departmental and enterprise initiatives, oversee department communications, help quantify ROI related to business and technology investments and manage OKR and KPI reporting. Your impact:
- Act as a strategic advisor to GM and the Source leadership team, providing insights and support on business operations, strategy, and planning.
- Coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring collaboration across departments and timely completion of projects.
- Facilitate communication between the leadership team and stakeholders, including drafting and disseminating updates and reports.
- Organize and prioritize critical issues and required information for the team to facilitate efficient decision-making.
- Lead special projects assigned by GM, ranging from operational improvements to new business opportunities.
- Be a partner to the leadership team to drive strategy, OKRs development, tracking and effectiveness to drive execution and accountability.
- Ensure that OKR Objectives are clear and measurable, and the expected values and metrics are well defined.
- Lead Board meeting preparation and documents in partnership with the leadership team; create board facing materials.
- Partner with finance to determine the metrics they need including owning the format and cadence of such reports andsolicit inputs from the necessary stakeholders.
- Oversee communications related to department-wide initiatives.
What you bring:
- 7+ years’ experience in operations, strategic planning, consulting, or related field

What you will do:
- Establish the product and technology vision and influence all aspects of the company’s technology development
- Develop the long-term strategy for the technology platform and translate that into an achievable road map
- Champion a cloud first mindset across the enterprise and lead the transition of the product to a multi-tenant public cloud centric SaaS.
- Deliver world-class technology solutions through a team of >300 team members spread across HealthEdge’s US and India offices.
- Collaborate closely with General Manager and CPO for ongoing strategic development initiatives
- Work in a consultative fashion with other department heads, such as Professional Services, Customer Success, Support, Sales & Marketing, as an advisor of technologies that may improve their efficiency and effectiveness
- Design department wide processes and procedures to optimize the use of resources and meet the company’s goals and initiatives
- Shape and drive creative solutions while keeping up to date on technology trends

What you bring:
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related field with at least 15 years’ experience in software/product development. Advanced degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 8-10 years management and strategic experience.
- Healthcare industry experience in a technology or product development capacity required
- Track record of delivering market-leading technology solutions in an enterprise healthcare setting.

- As a senior technology leader, ensure industry best practice is being adopted in terms of Infrastructure Architecture; Continuous Delivery and Integration; Deployment; Security; 3rd-level Support and Test automation.

Looking for a Principal Engineer who is passionate about solving real-world business problems to join our team. As a senior member of the team, you will be working on developing solutions that help our customers have a seamless user experience. You will also coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure.
