  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related discipline and typically 8 to 12 years’ relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of business practices and processes in project management and managing IT related projects (IT areas: Project Delivery, Cloud, Infrastructure, Networking, Data Interfaces and Technical expertise).
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in working in a multi-disciplinary team setting, collaborating, and client satisfaction.
  • Must possess strong communication (Written & Verbal), presentation, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, juggle and prioritize multiple projects and adjust work accordingly, often against tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Project/Project Management Tools, Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & MS Project);
  • Prior enterprise application development experience preferred such as HTML, CSS, .NET, MVC, JavaScript & SQL server.
  • Review project proposals with management team to determine priority, time frame, budget, technical requirements, and allotment of available resources to projects.
  • Experience working using Agile based Scrum Methodologies and working experience of using JIRA.
  • Extensive Project leadership experience and strong teaming abilities
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Minimum three years management experience in the IT field, including development work and interactions with customers


  • Provide Technical guidance and management necessary for all facets of healthcare projects and be responsible for achieving overall project goals.
  • Lead/coordinate communication efforts with client, consultants and within project team.
  • Develop and define project schedule to meet contractual obligations and to match team size and skills.
  • Should have hands-on experience on Planning, Scheduling, Estimations, Risk Planning, Resource allocation, tracking, and Status reporting.
  • High degree of professionalism, especially when faced with critical and intense situations.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for improving service delivery methods and support procedures.
  • Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
  • Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.

Anticipate details of future projects by communicating directly with customers and staying informed of relevant trends and industry news.
